Refund policy

Here on Special Misfits we have a different approach towards return policy, 

In order for a product To be eligible for a return, your item must have signs of a manufacturer's faults when you received it. You have a maximum of 24 hours to prove the product's faults and notify a Special Misfits Co. representative through email:specialmisfitsapparel@gmail.com.Products ordered in the wrong sizes due to consumer's neglect, to follow the sizes charts provided are not eligible for returns and cannot be exchanged for store credit. 

To start a return, you can contact us at specialmisfitsapparel@gmail.com.Please note that returns made from the {Bermuda-ONLY} collection will need to be exchanged in person. You will then have digital store credit codes sent to you for purchase on Special Misfits.com. A Negotiated meeting place with our team will be arranged to collect the product.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a digital store gift card that you can use for purchases on specialmisfits.com with instructions on redeeming it.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will negotiate refund/exchange terms in person once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded with a digital gift card within 2 business days. If more than 2 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at specialmisfitsapparel@gmail.com.
